John Ryan is the founder and creative director of Interiors by John Ryan, a boutique luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end residential interiors. Known for his refined aesthetic and highly personalized approach, John founded the firm in 2021 with a focus on creating bespoke spaces that are both timeless and deeply tailored to each client’s lifestyle.

Boasting a decade of experience spanning both residential and commercial design, John earned his degree in interior design from C.I.D.A. accredited Berkeley College. While attending school full-time, he began his career working with a residential design firm before transitioning into commercial design at an architectural firm, where he produced construction drawings for nationally recognized brands including CVS Health, Aldi, Starbucks, and PM Pediatrics across the United States.

After several years in commercial design, John returned to his true passion of luxury residential interiors relocating to South Florida and serving as a senior designer before launching Interiors by John Ryan.

​

An active member of the design community, John is affiliated with the American Society of Interior Designers Florida South Chapter and has been recognized internationally for his expertise. He was selected by the Italian Trade Agency to represent the United States at Florence’s premier textile trade show in Florence.

In 2025, John launched his interior design podcast, Design. Drink. Dish., where he shares candid conversations on design, industry insights, and luxury living. New episodes are released every Tuesday.

And one thing to know about John: he’s an interior designer...never a decorator.
